Brett is a second-generation engineer who earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He currently holds active Professional Engineering Licenses in 17 US States.

His 25 years in the construction industry have created a strong technical background and knowledge of single family and multi family housing. Brett achieved his real estate license in 2023 and is looking forward to similar success in this industry through hard work and dedication. He joined Ocean One Real Estate to show people the Northeast Florida lifestyle that he has fallen in love with.

Years of coaching and serving as president of youth leagues have inspired Brett to help people achieve their goals. Brett was born in Washington, D.C. and moved extensively while growing up, mostly east of the Mississippi.
